Baggo Terms and Conditions – Complete Guide to Using the Platform

01General Introduction & Eligibility

Baggo (baggo.wine) is an internationally licensed online gaming and betting platform operating for users in Bangladesh. These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between Baggo and its members.

• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly — wagering requirements must be completed first.

06Betting Rules

Bet Acceptance & Cancellation

• If an event is cancelled before the match begins, the full stake is refunded.

Baggo may temporarily or permanently close your account under the following circumstances:

• If the identity information provided is found to be false.
• As directed by a regulatory authority.
• Suspicious financial activity.

Account Closure by Member

You may close your account at any time by contacting support. Please withdraw all available balance before closing your account. Accounts closed under the Self-Exclusion program cannot be reopened before the specified period has ended.

09Limitation of Liability

Baggo accepts no liability for the following:

• Bets or games lost due to internet disconnection.
• Third-party technology failures (mobile network, bKash server).
• Login credentials compromised due to the user's own negligence.
• Game results not meeting the user's expectations.
• Service disruption due to Force Majeure.

Baggo's total liability, under any circumstances, is limited to the value of the specific transaction in question.

10Changes & Updates to Terms and Conditions
